Style America, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking talented, licensed stylists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and advancing their careers in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional haircare services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing
- Conduct thorough client consultations
- Maintain a friendly, guest‑focused environment
- Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology
- Assist with end‑of‑day administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico Cosmetology or Barber License
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
- Strong communication and basic administrative skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals
Compensation & Benefits:
- Average earnings of $23–$43/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
- Daily tips via Pay Card
